Yes, every customer need to create an account to place order.
We are using third party payment gateway (paypal) for payment. We never receive your credit card or any other financial information
We ship the parcel through our premium shipping partners like UPS, DHL and Fedex.
100% of orders are shipped with in 1 business day except customized orders. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
The dispatch time for customized order may vary as per the customization.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges

We don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
